The event will take place at the IDA Mødecenter, Kalvebod Brygge 31-33, 1780 København V. The venue has daily focus on environment, energy and climate, and it has the Green Key label. It is situated close to the main Central Station in Copenhagen.
From the airport, the venue can be reached by train, metro and taxi. The most convenient and fastest way is by train. For travel planning visit Rejseplanen. Buy a ticket before you board the train (3 zones, 36 DKK). You are also welcome to use the mobile application, DOT Mobilbilletter. Copenhagen is divided into zones. Pay for a minimum of two zones (24 DKK) to travel through the city and you can travel freely with buses, metro, trains, using the same ticket.
The Øresund train goes directly from Copenhagen Airport to the main Central Station (København H). The frequency of the train is every 10 minutes and the journey takes approx. 30 minutes.
You may also use the metro to get to the meeting venue from the airport, but it takes more time. It may be useful if you plan to visit the city centre or other parts of Copenhagen. From the Copenhagen Airport you take line M2 towards VANLØSE and take the first stop at NØRREPORT St. From there you take the S train and get off at the Central Station (København H).
The taxi ride from the airport takes about 15 minutes and the approx. fare is EUR 35 / DKK 255.
There are number of hotels close to the meeting venue where you can book your accommodation. Alternatively, you may wish to stay in Copenhagen city centre. We kindly ask you to book your accommodation at earliest convenience.
